What kind of transport do you offer?
Full truck loads (FTL), part loads (LTL) and express runs in European road freight.
What is the difference between a full load and a part load?
With a full load, the whole truck travels for your shipment only, as a direct run without reloading. With a part load, several shipments share the loading space and you only pay for the space you need.
Do you carry dangerous goods?
We do not carry dangerous goods with our own vehicles. On request, we arrange ADR transport through suitable partners.
Do you offer air or sea freight?
No. We focus on road freight.
How are my goods insured?
The CMR Convention applies to international road transport. Under it, the carrier's liability is generally limited to 8.33 special drawing rights per kilogram of gross weight. For valuable goods we offer extended insurance on request.
What do you need for a quote?
Pickup and destination with postcodes, the preferred loading date and details of the load: type of goods, number of pallets, weight and dimensions. Notes such as stackable or not stackable also help.
How do I find out where my shipment is?
Ask our dispatch team. Existing customers can also use the customer portal at login.rossik.eu.
Which terms apply?
Our services are subject to our general terms and conditions for customers and, in addition, the General Austrian Freight Forwarders' Terms (AÖSp). Orders to carriers are subject to our carrier terms. You will find both on the Terms page.
