Our goal

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.

What we do

• clear heading structure and landmarks for screen readers
• full keyboard operation with a visible focus
• sufficient contrast and scalable text
• text alternatives for images and labelled form fields
• no animations if you have set reduced motion in your system

Known limitations

• The terms and conditions PDFs are not fully accessible. On request, we will send you the text in an accessible format.
• The security check in the request form is provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile). If it does not work for you, please email us.
